With oil prices at current lows it is vital that the fish downhole is caught first-time in order to save as much time (money) as possible. There are many possible operations, which have to be carried out before the fish is caught, and there are also many ways to catch a fish (whether it be drill-pipe, BHA, casing, liner or a logging tool string for example).
This course covers those operations and procedures in detail which will maximise the success of catching the fish first time in order to prevent very expensive side-tracking operations.
To maximise learning, an extremely wide range of Tool Systems are covered and Case Histories are also presented with delegates working through certain situations, as teams, to identify and solve fishing problems.
Presentation material is through the use of Manuals, PowerPoints, Case Histories, videos and digital film. Delegates also receive a copy of the IDEAS Fishing Handbook.
