ABOUT THE COURSE

Optimised Deepwater Well Engineering is crucial in today's highly expensive deepwater wells where a deepwater drilling vessels' cost can exceed $1m per day and where complex technical difficulties abound.

This very intensive course takes delegates all the way through the key issues relating to well design and drilling the well. We then look at what can be done to avert risks from occurring and study the key Macondo findings as well as a difficult well drilled during the typhoon period in South East Asia.

The course has been written for Operator, Drilling Contractor & Service / Supply personnel.
